Return and Refund Policy

C.A. Grafica Digital Art Studio

At C.A. Gráfica Digital Art Studio, we are committed to offering high-quality design, advertising, and production services and products. Due to the customized nature of our work, our policies are governed by the following terms:

1. General Conditions

• Custom Work: Since our products are custom-made (designs, prints, video editing, etc.), no returns or refunds are accepted once the design or production has been approved by the client and put into motion.

• Defect Warranty: Product replacement or a partial/total refund will only be evaluated if there is an obvious manufacturing error or a flaw directly attributable to the agency, provided it is reported within the first 48 hours following delivery.

2. Exceptions with Deposits (Important)

• Orders with an Initial Deposit: No refunds of any kind apply to orders where the client has made an initial deposit or down payment.

• Note: "This system allows us to secure the availability of your project and begin the creative process without delay."

3. Conditions Where a Refund May Apply

A money-back refund will only be evaluated under the following exceptional circumstances:

• If the agency unjustifiably fails to meet the agreed delivery deadlines due to causes not attributable to the client or force majeure.

• If the service or project has not started at all (subject to a prior review of the design hours already invested).
